The world is now reigned by constant gloom. The dull and cloudy skies of political crises, social menace and moral decay hinder the globe in its battle for progress. Definitely, the youth faces graver challenges than what our forefathers had experienced.
Today's generation, witnessing all these, won't just settle near the shore for we are not afraid of the strong gales we will encounter in the seas.
Unquestionably, there will come a time that today's generation will have to leave the security of the lands and explore the beauty and adversities the world has to offer. With our adventurous beings, we will use our potentials to their fullest as tools in strengthening and preparing ourselves to battle the storms that we will have to face during our journey. From the charity we caught at home and from the day to day experiences of life, lessons are imbibed in our hearts that remind us how to lead our lives and change the globe for a better tomorrow.
Undeniably, the youth knows the risks of the decisions to be made; however, inspired by the ability of these choices to change the world for the better, we continue on our journey. Equipped with our innovative minds and the skills we have acquired in and out of our classrooms, we meet new areas of competence and create new routes of experiences that will alter the course of history. Our prowess in academics, sports, music and invention have already started to let the light of hope shinethrough the skies by giving recognition to today's generation and breakthroughs to the world.
As a new sun rises and as the sky clears over the world, the posterity will meet the outcomes of the actions of today's youth. The future generations won't just experience the changes we have brought and continue to bring, but more importantly learn from them.
Consequently, the future of our generation won't just live an unfulfilled life on a safe but useless shore. Today's youth will travel and pass by both fertile and deserted lands. But instead of ignoring these the barren lands, we cultivate them and create new areas for the youth to excel in!
Today's generation has the capability to untie a boat from the shore and explore the vast oceans of adventure and experience. With education, today's generation will brave the world through these currently troubled times; with determination, the youth will stand still and not give in to the catastrophes we will encounter; and with our pure hearts, we will not let the future suffer the darkness that the past generations had miserably experienced.
The youth will survive the dark storm and not be left in a barren shore! The world will not live in darkness! Today's generation will not be forgotten by the world!

Summoning from the call of the flesh
She tried to resist.
As her shadows dance along with the teasing moonlight
Her nudity bathe form darkness of the night
She ran with her golden wings spread up high
Her arousal seems to be labouring from within
“I need not to sin…”
Her mind like a labyrinth fogged with delusions
Yet the feelings inside made her whine with desire.
The sensation delightfully lingers from her entrails
And her body and mind wants to permit.
“No! I need not to sin”
She run fast like a lightning
She felt the gushed of air in her skin that makes her skin tingled.
“Almost there, she thought.”
The abruptly like a snapped of a light, she stopped.
She breathed deep and prepared herself for what lies ahead.
She gazed below the never ending darkness..
“it’s time, she whispers”
The excitement inside grew wildly
As if a like a devil unleashed from hell.
And without a word.
She let herself consumed by gravity
galloped by the chasm of darkness

Bakit parang gusto kong humiyaw, gusto kong sumigaw?
Why do I want to shout? Why do I want to scream?
But why there's no voices coming out from my lips.
It seems like muted by my thought or It's just intentionally strangled by my heart?

EMPLEYO mentality
-- kaya bago n'ya pa naitanong sa sarili niya na "what is my wisdom if my master is a fool?" nadevelop na niya ang...
NEGOSYANTE mentality
Sometime ago, the foxes went for a photo shoot at the helipad facility in aramco khurais. the sunset created a melancholic mood and the word "devastation" got in the picture. i argued what has "the bus station" (devastation) got to do in the helipad? while sharing their photos through a pingpong of e-mail, i collected them and made a poem for it.

Isang dapit hapon.
sinasaksihan
ng mga nahahawing ulap
ang banayad na pag ihip ng hangin
na umaalinsabay
sa unti unting paglamon
ng nakaantabay na kadiliman
sa nananmlay na liwanag na maghapong nagpakapagal

Bago man lamang sana

araw man ako ay iwanan
ako ay maghihintay
pa rin
nang walang katapusan!

Ang mga weirdo
Mukha daw mga sira ulo
Sunod-sunod sa uso
Masabi lang sila ay weirdo
Merong mga weirdo
Iba ang mga trip at tipo
Gustong iba sa karaniwang tao
Kahit na magmukhang aso
May mga weirdong matatalino
Maraming mga talento
Ayaw lang pakita sa tao
At marami silang mga sekreto
Karamihan sa mga weirdo
Laging nag-iisa at naiisa at nasa dulo
Nagiisip na kung ano-ano
At mukha silang henyo
Sa kasalukuyang panahon
Weirdo masyado ng komplikado
Malala na sa bisyo
Pinapasok kahit na delikado
Kung lahat ng tao ay weirdo
Sa tingin mo may pagbabago?
Sa ibat-iba nilang mga punto
Magbabago ba ang mundo

Anong bago sa luma
Kung luma na ang bago
Pwede ba maging bago ang luma
Pano pag wala ng bago?
Kailangan natin lagi ng bago
Di na pinapansin ang luma
Pero san ka ba nag mula
Di ba sa luma
Bago ka mag magbago
Lingunin mo muna ang luma
Baka akala mo lang luma
Pero bago pa pala
Magulo ang tao
Maraming abusado
Kahit saan delikado
Nagbago na ba ang mundo?
Ikaw gusto mo bang bago
Bago mo gustuhin ang bago
Siguruduhing ayaw mo na sa luma
Para di ka rin maluma
Bago ang lahat
Ikaw ay luma na
Kaya bago ka maluma
Magbago KA!

Most of us do want to change such people. But how can we motivate them to chance without injecting guilt feeling or manipulating? How can one be a helping, inspiring leader and still leave people comfortable? These are not easy question; you are a motivator when you find goals that will be a good for both sides, and then weld together a high-achieving, high-morale partnership to achieve them.
How can we explain this? We can understand some of it by looking at the importance of self-image when leaders utter the first message during the group, "everyone should do this” and we will be habitual to the leaders in several other circumstances. We turn now to one of the most difficult areas in which to find the proper balance when deciding which tools to use for motivation- The question of guilt, extreme view exist on this matter, the position of that guilt is never valid. Let's examine position of guilt…
It is all too easy for the leaders to use guilt excessively. In the short run it is both easy and effective. It is important to know the legitimate guilt which follows from knowledge that we have done wrong and which leads to correcting our course. So we can as ourselves, am I showing displeasure just to challenge the members to realized, or is this a genuine emotion to reflect in motivating us by guilt feeling or conscience? The relationship become anxious, fearful, disturbed and manipulated, when we teach our people that leader's feeling are the most important reason for action. Instead our aim should be teach them that there are certain laws of right and wrong in this world and they ought to make choices carefully, considering the results and we will try to avoid the mourn. The proper way to use guilt motivation is not easy question for any of us who are dealing with people. What is the proper balance between negative and positive support? For now, let us agree that praising and positive motivations are inspiring; in the long run what we are aiming is to use guilt feeling with high values rather than fear to obey.
But in this scenario we have many reasons to defend our leadership especially we know where to stand. The leaders reflect on their background, experiences and expertise in dealing people to certify the capabilities. And now we are on different emotions. I am not there as reformer, but as one helping them in their plan of self improvement. But other said "you are manipulator when you try to persuade people to do something that are not in their best interest but are in yours to satisfy if they improve through action, expression and more qualification in able to evaluate individually. And they began to view themselves differently. They were observing their own behavior just as everyone else would, and they saw themselves as person concerned about improvements.
Leaders are less free to let people set their own objectives, and if our members have other suggestions, additions and comment for the plans, our first response is to tell them they'll have to subordinate and submissive them. Being a member we really understand and accept with all our heart.
There is no room to feel hurt if we serve as a leader. If somebody is reactant and confessing negatively about the situation, we need to ignore that feeling of discomfort, trying to clear out from our mind not to distress our heart. Difficult people making us weaker even as them get stronger and more difficult. What he do or say is not important but big impact in us, if you find that you constantly feel drained, challenged, determine or simply irritable around someone. Well, that is a difficult person. They are often such strong personalities that they control us whether they are present or not. We put a lot of energy, confident for what he is and fantasizing about improvement by the system imposing.
Difficult people behave the way they do, because it meets their needs. They have very little motivation to change but expressively to accept advice and correction by inert manner. If you try to fix someone who is not fixable, it drains your energy. Since there is no way to stay away from difficult people entirely to minimize the damage before your wear yourself out with your effort to help realizing them.
Difficult person come in all style, which one is pushing your buttons? These are an extremely aggressive person who rolls over everyone who gets in their ways. Their goals are all that matters; they see life as a power struggle. The strategy is don't engage them, people like this, are always in a tag-of-war with other, but if you won't pick up the other end of the rope, you are not affected.
Difficult person always claim to know the right answer, but usually he don't have a clue, absolutely reactant when someone disagree or makes a mistake.
